The room was clean and included a hot tub, 3 double beds, and a 2 person jacuzzi, with great service from the excellent and accommodating staff.

Very friendly desk staff. Breakfast looked appealing, but we didn't have time to try it, since we already had plans elswhere.

Our room was at the end of the building with an intersection right outside the door. It wasn't a huge problem, but we could hear traffic.

Booked the hotel for its favourable location near downtown, trains and the town center. It also was to the state fair.

The rooms here are very clean and spacious with private bathrooms, and the location is quiet and comfortable, just a short walk from the Reno County Museum.

The staff was very helpful and excellent. the hotel was a unique base for enjoying a secure area, near to many restaurants and shops, an alley, and Hutchinson. -the room exceeded high expectations, it was spotlessly clean and cheap with 3 double beds and a fridge, for example. -the location was quiet, close to a movie theater.

Clean but somewhat run down

Room right on road and near RR tracks so somewhat noisy.

The location was great, with a movie theater just a 10-15 minute walk away. The rooms were very spacious, each featuring 3 double beds.

Could tell that some update had been done on the room! Shower looked nice! Heater was turned on for me before I checked in..I really appreciated that!

I wish the bed was a bit higher and that a few blankets would be in the room if needed! I had brought mine from the car..easier!

I recently had a great stay at this hotel. Firstly, the value for money was exceptional, especially considering the prices of other hotels in the area. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive, with basic amenities in the rooms such as a refrigerator and microwave, which made my stay more convenient. Lastly, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service, ensuring that my needs were met throughout my stay.

One detail that I particularly liked was the hotel's location near the railroad tracks. Although some might find the sound of trains blowing their horns throughout the night bothersome, I personally found it quite charming and unique. It added to the overall experience of staying in a hotel with character. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to downtown and the main shops made it convenient for exploring the city. All in all, my experience at this hotel was top-notch. Everything was ok.

my Xmas stay at this hotel was below average. However, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was decent. the location was also not terrible, with some stores nearby for last-minute Xmas shopping.

The bed was uncomfortable and the bathroom was dirty. the towels provided were thin and scratchy.

The staff are sweet and accommodating. The room is way nicer on the inside than the outside looks, don't be deterred by the outside :)
